If your order exceeds €300, we will deliver your goods FREE of charge throughout Latvia. For orders of less than 300€, delivery costs 7.5€. You can also collect your order at an Omniva parcel locker.
Delivery terms
Most items are delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery times for individual items are subject to change. A more detailed delivery date is indicated next to each item.
Delivery at a time convenient for you
At JAUNASRIEPAS.LV you can order goods any day of the week and at any time of the day. All goods are dispatched on working days between 8:00 and 17:00. You can choose delivery times for larger Latvian cities (Riga, Daugavpils, Valmiera, Liepāja): from 8:00 to 14:00, from 14:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.
The delivery date of the product is indicated on the order page. Delivery time may be changed in cases specified in the terms of purchase and sale of goods. If delivery times are not convenient for you, please contact us by email: info@jaunasriepas.lv
Receipt of goods
When you receive the goods you ordered, check the condition of the parcel and sign the delivery note or other document confirming delivery and receipt of the parcel. If you notice a defect or a different product, you must refuse to accept the goods, giving the courier the reason for your refusal.
